re-entry

i am re-entering the blogging world.

i haven’t felt much like writing lately but catching up on other blogs has made me reconsider. like every other long stretch that passes without a post, life progresses; my life is no exception. 2011 has been filled with highs, lows, new challenges, joyful moments, disappointments, and adventures. so for those 4 people that read my blog … here are a few updates.

in may i lost a great friend. it hit me pretty hard and had me re-evaluating my own life. if there is one thing that we can take from this tragedy, it is the realization that life is fragile. our life or the life of someone we love can change in an instant. margo was by far one of the best people that I have had the pleasure to call my friend. i used to call her the big teddy bear. at 7’6”, she was without a doubt an imposing person but spend just two minutes with here and you would learn what most of us already knew …. she was completely genuine and kind. not a day goes by that i don’t think about md and the impact that she had on my life.

on a happier note ... mickey, molly and i headed over the great ocean to visit kellie in hawaii. she was there for an internship and we took full advantage of the opportunity to go over and visit her.



final thing work noting ... i moved! i am now a north salt lake resident. i don't really have any pictures yet but will be sure to post some soon.
